When he passed prematurely, pursuing that righteous dream, M&F continued to prosper under the leadership of his son, Marcos Silva. Now into our 2nd decade of honoring that legacy, M&F has likely become far more than Fernando could have ever imagined.

M&F wholly owns our equipment, trucks, specialty vehicles, road signage, and tools providing us the capability to attend to every job, reliably. Whether improving a roadway or walkway, building a hospital or daycare center, working with the National Parks Service or when contracted at military and Federal facilities including the White House and some of our great nation’s most recognizable memorials, M&F has the right equipment and experienced manpower to mobilize, even on short notice.
